Placing an Order
You can order your favorite chappals directly through our website or by contacting us on our official pages.
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. Once the order is confirmed, we begin preparing your pair.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship only within Pakistan.
Your order will be processed and delivered within 7 working days after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location or courier service.
Please make sure you provide the correct address and contact number so we can deliver smoothly.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Here’s what we ask:
The chappals must be unused and in their original packaging.
You’ll need to cover the cost of sending the item back, unless we made a mistake or sent a damaged product.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund or exchange has been approved.
