Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, we may not be able to accept your request.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The chappals must be unused and in their original packaging.
- They should be in the same condition as when you received them.
- Please include your order number or proof of purchase when contacting us.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Simply message us on WhatsApp with your order details.
Once we review your request, we’ll share the return address and next steps.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong size sent, damaged item, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping.
If you’re returning or exchanging for any other reason (like size change or personal preference), you’ll need to pay the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a few working days.
The amount will be returned through your original payment method or as store credit — whichever you prefer.
Exchange Option
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll be happy to send you another pair once we receive the first one back.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each chappal is handmade, we generally don’t accept returns for:
Slight variations in color, stitching, or leather texture (these are natural and part of the handmade charm).
Items that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.
